Roanoke’s Access Advertising & Public Relations Creates Research Division

Rachel Spencer promoted to Director of Research

Access Advertising & Public Relations today announced the promotion of Rachel Spencer to Director of Research and head of the company’s new research division.

Access offers its clients the capability to create both qualitative and quantitative research projects using focus groups, individual interviews (IDIs), phone and online surveys. When a business conducts thorough research to understand its target audiences and their perceptions, all goals, objectives, strategies and tactics fall into place. The result is an effective data-driven comprehensive campaign.

“The creation of a formal research division recognizes and supports that our clients want—and need— more information in order to reach their specific markets and target audiences. Rachel understands what it takes to develop a research platform that turns data into insights that we can act on to drive business and measure success,” said Access’ CEO, Tony Pearman.

Rachel has lead public relations efforts at Access since 2007. In recent years, she has designed research programs for clients in the technology, aviation, financial and healthcare sectors. Many of these programs have been the basis for award-winning advertising and public relations campaigns.

Rachel is a graduate of Roanoke College and is an active member of the Roanoke chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
