ROANOKE, Va. (July 16, 2018) – Access Advertising & Public Relations (Access) recently announced three significant promotions in a strategic approach to strengthen its marketing and advertising teams serving clients and communicating to global audiences.
Gary Gilmore has been promoted to Executive Vice President at Access. Gilmore is a partner in the firm and has been with the agency for more than 15 years in a number of capacities. In this new role, Gilmore will continue as a senior contributor to the creative team process, while also overseeing operations, strategic planning, and client relations for the agency.
Kris Bailey has been promoted to Vice President at Access. Bailey is a twenty-year veteran of Access, an agency partner, and an experienced voice providing insight and guidance to the agency leadership team. Bailey will continue in her role as senior creative director, overseeing production and creative quality control.
Rachel Spencer has been promoted to Vice President at Access. Spencer is part of the agency leadership team, having worked with Access for more than ten years. She will continue in her role as director of research and business intelligence, working to inform and advise clients on brand development with consumer insights, research, and discovery.
