Being a non-hub, regional airport in post-9/11 America isn’t easy. Merging carriers, high fares, and cancellations are daily challenges which often result in the airport taking the brunt of complaints for things out of its control. Access has supported ROA for nearly two decades offering PR, research, communications, marketing, and web services. And as part of the dedicated team of professionals at ROA, we continue to make great strides. In 2019, ROA served over 700,000 passengers and had busiest year since 2000.
