When Access first encountered Freedom First, the logo was in question, the brand promise was failing to resonate with target audiences, and community awareness of the organization was low despite sizable media investments.
APPROACH: Access conducted extensive consumer and customer research and studied client data as well as the competitive landscape for banks and credit unions not only in the region, but nationally. Access executed a comprehensive client makeover with a new identity, tagline, and brand. Thus began a multi-year partnership for advertising, marketing, and communications that has produced award-winning work and exceptional growth for the credit union, far exceeding expectations.
RESULTS: Since our partnership began, Freedom First has experienced dramatic growth far outpacing peers in the same regional banking segment. Our work with the talented internal marketing team has driven target audience behavior using a constantly refined media mixture of outdoor, TV, online video, social media, and digital ads to meet defined goals in increased checking accounts and loans.
