BON SECOURS HEALTH SYSTEM
Bon Secours is a not-for-profit Catholic health system with 19 acute-care hospitals in six states. Access worked primarily with the eight hospitals and hundreds of affiliated medical providers in Virginia to provide branding, advertising, digital services, public relations, and communications support.
Bon Secours Health System selected Access to help address concerns over consumer engagement in a fiercely competitive healthcare marketplace crowded with well-positioned competitors. Access combined our brand methodology with insightful qualitative research to help Bon Secours discover its unique brand voice, and bring that voice to life. The result was a powerful campaign which tested very well with consumers, and indicated indicating a 75.8% increase in consumer trust rating and 85% of consumers who saw the campaign indicated they were more likely to visit Bon Secours.
