When AIG asked for a press release to announce a nationwide hiring drive, we were glad to help – but we also proposed a bigger idea. We suggested a literal cross-country hiring drive and then embarked on a 15-city, 10-day cross-country mobile job fair inside a branded tour bus. The effort exceeded expectations and significantly outperformed previous digital efforts.

Access also supported the AIG team by helping to streamline and unify their independent agent marketing. Access created a password-protected ad portal providing agents with pre-approved layouts, customizable localization blocks, access to a gallery of pre-purchased stock images, and one-click approval. And we helped with advertising – from helping recruit new agents to launching new products. When AIG created “Quality of Life Insurance,” Access transformed that concept into one of the fastest growing policy types in AIG history, doubling sales.
