Access completed website, brand, and communications audits. After an extensive peer review and the communications audit, Access developed a marketing strategy and public relations plan. New messaging, logos, and a style guide were created for RVARC to elevate brand prominence. New websites were created for RVARC and RIDE Solutions on a simple-to-use platform, allowing staff to efficiently deploy new content. Additionally, tools were put in place that allowed RVARC to analyze user activity and to use insights gained from the process to better serve their customers. The newly launched websites saw an average overall site traffic increase of 38% over the previous site. For Bike Month, a key event month for RIDE Solutions, the average site traffic increased by 268% from the previous year.
