Through targeted industry research and a comprehensive analysis of collected data, Brittany finds major themes that point clients in a clear direction to achieve their identified goals. Brittany graduated from James Madison University with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Communications. Her diverse professional experience includes client-facing positions in the case analysis and account management sectors.
