Call Federal is passionate about providing friendly, local banking to the Richmond area. Founded in 1962 by employees of Philip Morris, Call Federal has evolved into a $350 million community-oriented financial institution serving the diverse needs of the Richmond region. Call Federal takes great pride in giving back to the Richmond community.

Branding

Call Federal has an amazing corporate mission and a great corporate culture. It has also built a loyal and devoted client base with exceptional service and incredible stories of personal care for customers’ needs and lives. This vibrant brand, however, was not being reflected or articulated well in marketing efforts. Access helped review all aspects of the Call Federal brand. The previous tagline, Your Community Credit Union, is just one small example of the work that needed to be done. Working closely with leadership, we overhauled the way customers’ stories were integrated into marketing and branches. We helped Call Federal’s leadership team infuse the credit union’s beliefs into ads and customer tools. We summed it all up with a new tagline and brand statement — Passionately Local Banking — and created a full campaign to showcase this passion.
